What is the most loving thing you can do for yourself right now?

When was the last time you asked yourself this question. What is the most loving thing for me to do, be or have for myself right now? This question even if not answered immediately creates a space in which you can stop and check in with your deepest needs and wants. The answer in each moment will be different from taking a shower or eating a warm meal to leaving a job or a relationship that is not right for you.

See if you can ask yourself this question when trying to make decisions or when something is causing you suffering and you don't know what to do. Another powerful question while making a decision is what would you do if you had no fear? Even if the fear remains you can get a glimpse to what is motivating you to make this decision and start to see this fear in a different light. May you continue to love yourself and make decisions that bring more and more love into you life.
