This forgiveness workshop is an opportunity to forgive for the what's happened in your past that you wish to release. Forgiveness is a choice to let go of the past and the hope that things would have been different. 

During this workshop we will talk about what forgiveness is and is not. We will experience a powerful forgiveness process that will allow us to free ourselves of the regrets, resentment and anger of the past.
